Frost bank develops a new 434,000 square-foot office building and parking garage. The facility is located in the scenic Hill Country setting in San Antonio; One Frost utilizes a Texas modern theme of local materials, limestone and wood, balanced against a contemporary glass and metal structure.

The office building has everything to make employees comfortable in a functional environment, including a commercial kitchen, dining areas, lounge areas with vibrant seating, nursing mothers’ rooms, dry cleaning services, a fitness center, an outdoor sports court, a clinic and a Starbucks coffee shop.

Texas Air Products provided over $700,000.00 of product to include Titus “Fantom” fan powered and single duct terminal units, Titus air distribution devices, Ruskin combination fire/smoke dampers and louvers, Loren Cook fans, Mason-Industries vibration isolation, Reddi electric infrared, unit and duct heaters, Metropolitan Air (Roto-Twist) electronic cable operated dampers, Flexmaster Type 1M acoustical flex duct and Mitsubishi mini-split systems.

Grundfos domestic water booster pumping systems were also provided on the project.
