The JW Marriott Austin is a 1.2M square foot, 34-story hotel with three levels of underground parking, five levels of public space, and 28 guest levels with a total of 1,012 guestrooms. The public space includes a junior and grand ballroom, exhibition space, two major food and beverage venues, and a roof-top terrace with negative edge pool and bar area.

Currently the largest hotel in Austin, it is also one of the greenest in this eco-forward city.
