Esther Sasse oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, benefits, performance management, and compensation. Esther provides interpretation and guidance on HR policies and procedures. In addition to assuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, Esther is instrumental in providing employee and leadership development training that motivates the team to meet the company’s commitment to deliver the highest level of services to our clients.
Esther joined the Texas Air Products team in October 2023 with twelve years of progressive, people-centric human resource experience. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Midwestern State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University. Esther currently holds her Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and is a member of SHRM and the local chapter.
